I just got my porcelain dinnerware for six along with the Ilica cutlery. Both items are top-notch quality and totally worth every penny. I'm really pleased with my new additions and can't wait to put them to use. So, it's a solid 5 stars from me!!

"Dinner Set with Pearl Peacock Design"
I'm really happy with the gorgeous dinner set I got. It was packed up nicely and everything arrived in perfect condition. They kept me updated from the time I bought it until it showed up at my door. Just a tiny suggestion: it would be great if the brochure included an English section. I'd definitely shop with Karaca again since they offer top-notch service!!

"Awesome item, awesome deal"
Awesome item, awesome deal and service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the delivery service; half of my order got damaged while being shipped, so it never made it to me. When I tried to reorder, it was sold out. That being said, I’ll surely shop here again.

"Decent products, but the return hassle is a drag"
I recently got some coffee mugs that were packed nicely and looked to be of good quality. However, I decided to send them back and found the return process to be pretty annoying. I really wish there was a way to have the parcel picked up instead of having to trek to a drop-off spot, since not everyone can manage that. This is the main reason I won't be coming back as a customer; otherwise, the items seem solid. The customer service was also on point. I shot them an email and got a reply in just a few hours, so no complaints there. Thanks!
